Updated Billing Schedule for Internet & VoIP Services (Effective December 1, 2025)


At Pro Omnis Telecommunication Ltd., we are committed to offering transparent, reliable, and customer-friendly service. As part of our ongoing efforts to improve communication and ensure a better billing experience, we will be updating our billing cycle for all Internet and VoIP services starting December 1, 2025.


This revision is designed to better align the service usage period with the payment schedule, reduce confusion, and provide a more consistent billing experience for all customers.


📅 What Is Changing?


Beginning December 1, 2025, monthly service usage will be billed according to the new mid-month billing schedule:


New Billing Cycle

  • Service usage from the 1st to the end of each month➡ Billed and due by the 15th of the same month


Important Transition Notice


  • Invoices for both November and December 2025 will be issued on December 1, 2025

  • Both invoices will be billed and due together on December 15, 2025

  • This does not represent double charging — it is a one-time adjustment to align with the new billing cycle

This ensures that starting January 2026, all billing will follow the new standardized schedule.


💳 Automatic vs. Manual Payments


To help ensure a smooth transition, please take note of the following:


Automatic Payments

If you are enrolled in auto-debit or automated credit card payments:

  • Future payments will automatically follow the new due date (15th of each month)

  • No action is required on your end


Manual Payments

If you manually pay your invoices:

  • Please ensure that the December invoice is paid by December 15, 2025

  • Future payments should follow the updated schedule
